To tell the world about the significance and measures of China's rural revitalization strategy and showcase the historic achievements made in China's rural revitalization cause, the French-Chinese co-produced documentary "Carnets de Chine" jointly produced by China Media Group and the China Intercontinental Communication Center with the participation of France's Troisième Œil Productions, will premiere on TV5MONDE's American channel (TV5MONDE Etats-Unis), African channel (TV5MONDE Afrique), Latin American channel (TV5MONDE Amerique Latine), Pacific channel (TV5MONDE Pacifique), and the Maghreb-Orient channel for North Africa and West Asia (TV5MONDE Maghreb-Orient) from April 4 to May 10, followed by continuous global broadcasts through other channels under its umbrella.

"Carnets de Chine" is divided into three episodes: "Wonderful Gifts", "Fantastic Journey", and "Miracle Life". The hosts are Antoine, a food expert from France, Alice, a music blogger, and Sandie, a psychological counselor. In each episode, the hosts explore a uniquely charming Chinese village, discovering local specialties, experiencing rural tourism, and encountering wonderful lives, thus embarking on China's Wonderful Journey.

Learning to make Thangka paintings in the towering mountains at an altitude of 4,000 meters, improvising "coffee cuisine" at the "Source of China Coffee," witnessing the last hunting and fishing tribal culture in northern China amidst the icy wilderness, and listening to the heavenly voices of children deep in the mountains... "Carnets de Chine" uses an international approach to take viewers on a personal journey through nine vibrant villages, following the footsteps of three overseas hosts. They experience nine unexpected adventures, learn about the thriving development of local areas under the rural revitalization strategy, and introduce the remarkable transformations of China's vast mountainous regions to global audiences, showcasing the magnificent tapestry of our times.

How does a non-heritage inheritance center on a plateau help pastoral girls step onto the world stage? How does the completion of a tunnel completely change the history of the Dulong people, who have been isolated from the world for thousands of years due to snow-capped mountains? How does a self-media influencer with millions of followers establish his own brand to lead his fellow villagers to prosperity... Behind the earth-shaking revitalization lies the struggle stories of countless ordinary people, embodying simple ideals and deep affection for their hometown. In the documentary "Carnets de Chine", one extraordinary life after another, one striving journey after another, convey the answer to how rural revitalization is achieved.
